How do I pay for my order?
You may pay for you order using the following methods.
We accept payment by cheque or postal order made payable to R & R Crafts. We also accept online credit card payment by Paypal. It's free to sign up and very easy and secure to send money using your credit card. For more details, check out www.paypal.com

How soon can I expect to take delivery of my order?
Orders for greetings cards are usually sent within 3 working days. Wedding stationery orders take up to 6 weeks.

Can you do rush orders?
This depends on our workload. Please e mail us with your requirements prior to placing your order.

How much are delivery charges?
Under £10 - £1.50
£10.01 - £25.00 - £3.00
£25.01 - £75.00 - £4.00
Over £75 - £5.00

Do you send out samples of your wedding stationery?
Please refer to the ‘About us’ page

Will my final product look exactly like the one pictured on your website?
Some slight variations between items may occur as each card is individually hand-made.

I have placed an order, what's next?
Once you have submitted and paid for your order, and sent your information for your invitation wording, you will be emailed a jpg image for you to proof read. You should receive the proof in 1-2 business days after data has been received. You need to email us that the proof is ok in order for us to continue your order

What if I have an idea for a design not shown?
